Toru Ueda, CEO, OpenFashion Inc.

Originally from Kumamoto Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he worked as a fashion salesperson and studied abroad in New Zealand before returning to Japan and entering the world of IT. In 2014, he founded Omnis Inc. (now OpenFashion Inc.), and in 2018 joined the World Inc. group. He is currently working on developing a service that combines fashion and generative AI, and in August last year released "Maison AI," a tool to help utilize generative AI in the fashion industry. In May of this year, he spoke at the "Generative AI Conference," and is actively promoting and raising awareness of generative AI in the industry.
