Trial, Registration and Payment

• Q. I want to cancel after the trial.

  A. If you want to cancel, you do not need to take any special steps. After the trial period ends, you will no longer be able to use the workspace, but please rest assured that no charges will be incurred. Please note that the workspace will be deleted after a certain period of time has passed.

• Q. I would like an invoice with my business number on it.

  A. If you contact us, we will respond to you individually.

AI chat function

• Q. File linking function: I would like to know the maximum character length for uploaded files by model.

  A. The limit is imposed by the number of characters, not the file size, and the upper limit setting differs depending on the model used.

  • GPT3.5: up to about 12,000 characters
  • GPT4.0 supports up to 96,000 characters

Commercial use of images, copyright, portrait rights, etc.

• Q. Can images generated by AI design be used commercially?

  A. Images generated by Maison AI can be used commercially without additional charges. In that case, please make sure there is no copyright infringement at your own responsibility.
