Added member management page to smartphone version

We have added a member management page to the smartphone version, just like the PC version.

Changed how Owner users can create new workspaces

From now on, we will create new workspaces on an inquiry basis.

Notes

• Only registered users with owner privileges can create new workspaces.
• There will be an additional fee for the new workspace.
